Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase it can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment. A refund will be applied to your original purchase credit card for the price of the item(s) returned that meet these conditions. Please note that we only accept returns if the goods are returned to us in satisfactory condition, we have the right to reject any defective items. You will be responsible for any charges incurred in returning your purchase and you will also be liable for any services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

Personalised products are NON-RETURNABLE.

If you are returning items due to error on our part we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred by you in sending the item back to us (up to a maximum of £6.00), or you can contact us to arrange  a collection.

We provide a 3 Month Gaurentee on our soft products and 6 months on Bats. if the fault lies with the manufactuer we will replace or repair the product, if the default in the product is deemed due have resulted from miss treatment then costs of repairs are at the customers expense. Any Products which fall outside of this gaurentee period will not be repaired or replaced at the expense of Simply Cricket

A Note About Damaged/Cracked Bats

A small percentage of bats sold are liable to crack under the massive stresses which take place when the ball hits the willow. This is why it is very important that you should take care when playing with your bat for the first time, you MUST ensure you have knocked in your bat, especially on the sides and on the bottom. If the manufacturer determines that a bat is broken due to mistreatment by the customer then they will either return the bat to the customer untouched or offer a charged repair service. If a bat is returned to us and the manufacturer agrees there is a fault with the bat, they will then either fix or replace the damaged bat free of charge. Returns can take up to 4 weeks to repair or replace.

If you do feel your bat has cracked or split and that there is a flaw with the willow, please return it to the address on the contact us page with a note explaining what happened. If the bat is over 6 months old, you have little or no case for replacement.


Despite our best efforts on occasion some of our items may on occasion be mispriced in error however unless otherwise stated, the Price stated on the Website is inclusive of any applicable VAT. Rest assured, however, that all prices are verified prices as part of our dispatch procedures.

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of that cancellation.
